About Me

Unveiling the Writer

My name is Jennifer Wegman, née Lightle (also my pen name). As a woman of letters, I try to make sense of life and escape the mundane through words and other worlds. I work to maintain some traditions while also breaking the boundaries with the unconventional. I love Charles Dickens' supernatural tales and ancient folklore of old Europe.

I work in community theater, freelance copyedit/proofread, and am currently working on a novel. I am married to a wonderful man who always helps to develop my stories further, Chris Wegman. When I'm not writing, I'm hanging out with family, reading with my ginger fur-baby sleeping on my lap, or stage managing a production.
